Bellei Extra Cuvée Brut Red is the result of continuous studies, research, and experience in wine making with the Traditional Method. It is obtained exclusively from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes.

Tasting

The nose develops an intensity of fruity scents of strawberry and blackberry, with an elegant fragrance of violet. The mousse is colorful and compact, fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is fresh and tannic, full-bodied, with great softness. Dull ruby red color.

Pairings

Due to its versatility it is suited to all courses. It is perfect with tortellini and other dishes from Emilia Romagna. Ideal with cured meats, Zampone (stuffed pig’s trotter) and Cotechino (a type of sausage from Modena). It goes well with cheese and tea biscuits.
